Rodeo Strength and Conditioning Clinic - Aug 9th - 12th

Wolfe & Sons Performance Rodeo Strength and Conditioning Clinic is designed to educate participants on the benefits of strength and conditioning training for rodeo performance, and expose participants to gym and on-the-road rodeo specific training modalities. Clinic will be 4 days in length, beginning with 2 days of gym/weight room training and 2 days of "on-the-road" training using limited equipment. Each training session will end with a 30 minute snack break (food & drink not included), followed by a workshop/lecture from "the professionals". Professional workshop/lecture may include: Sports Nutrition, Training for Rodeo Rational, Veterinary Support, The College Rodeo Experience, Message from a "Pro". Clinic is available for rodeo athletes 10 year of age and older.
