Rodeo Strength and Conditioning Clinic - Dec 10th & 11th

Wolfe & Sons Performance Rodeo Strength and Conditioning Clinic is designed to educate participants on the benefits of strength and conditioning training for rodeo performance, and expose participants to gym and on-the-road rodeo specific training modalities. Clinic will be 2 days in length, beginning with an educational session teaching fundamental movements and the how to program for the rodeo athlete.  Days 2 will involve a gym/weight room training and how to adapt for "on-the-road" training using limited equipment. Professional workshop/lecture will begin the day and follow the training session. Lectures may include: Sports Nutrition, Training for Rodeo Rational, Sports Psychology, Message from a "Pro", etc. Clinic is available for rodeo athletes 10 year of age and older.
