VIRTUAL FITNESS TRAINING

Virtual training, thanks to our current situation and advancements in technology, has becoming the most popular form of fitness. We offer virtual training through a digital/asynchronized program platform that is shared with clients daily. Recorded exercise explanation video are link to each training exercise for in the gym and on-the-road assistance.

SPORTS SKILL TRAINING

During sport skill training sessions we focus on specific aspects of the game (baseball hitting, sprint acceleration, football catching, , etc.).
